CVS Pharmacy

I’d like to share positive feedback about the pharmacist on duty at closing time. My daughter had strep and we were rushing to get her prescription filled. Even though it was right at closing, she was compassionate, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. She didn’t have to do that, and it truly meant a lot to our family. Thank you for employing someone who cares that much.

WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS PHARMACY DEPARTMENT?!? Saturday I went to the pharmacy Department to pick up my prescription. Your team member, Elizabeth, assisted me. She IS A VALUABLE ASSET TO THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT! She is an absolute joy to interact with and she's very knowledgeable and helpful! She was sure to offer me the immunizations that I happily refused, and I appreciate her enthusiasm and genuine care and concern she displayed! She is such a beautiful, warm and friendly Pharmacy Department Professional. I hope that you give her public recognition for the great job and OUTSTANDING customer service Elizabeth provides! As a result, I'm going to be transferring all of my medication pickups to this pharmacy location. Elizabeth left a positive and lasting impression! Five Stars!

The staff is always nice and helpful. But the automated phone system is not easy to work with. Trying to get an RX refilled took me several tries and I went around in circles. It wasn't clear what I should say. It would have been easier if I could have "pressed 1 for refill "

Awful window service. They take their time and don’t know what they are doing. Also if you are on line waiting and get to the window at 1:30 they shut it on you because of lunch. Even if you waited 30 minutes

The staff are so nice and easy to work with; wouldn't go anywhere else. Don't like the short closing hours or the difficulty in getting to talk to a human on the phone.
