Dawn was my nurse manager. She impressed me from the very first phone contact. She is patient, kind, professional, caring, very attentive, and she listened to what I needed. Dawn then explained the entire process, what to expect, and made suggestions based off her in-depth knowledge. Never did I feel pressured or forced. When I arrived to my first appointment, Dawn was very welcoming, brought awareness to products and services as well as explained methods to save money. I didn't want to post five stars, because I don't want to seem over zealous. But, I also have to admit I'm very impressed with the professionalism and personal service that I received. It has only been 4 or 5 days since I received an IV treatment + noticing encouraging improvements in my bodily health. I think I'm noticing an improvement in my general memory capacity. Feel far more articulate than I have in the last year. Yes, I will be signing up for another treatment.

Got a recovery rocket IV with some friends after a long night out and feeling a cold coming on. Met Dawn and she took great care of us. Professional, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. Left feeling way better. 10/10 would come back next time I’m in town.
