Forefront Dermatology Coralville

Arrived early for my appointment and was told I didn't need to check in. Sat in the waiting room hour past my schedule appointment. Gone up asking if I missed my name called? Was told they forgot I was waiting. Went in to see the provider who would not look into my inner ear. Said she had no way to look inside? Which she acted like it was to dirty for her to mess with. Was my third time and each time I felt I got no help.

Check in and check out staff were great. Facilities were great. My provider was all business and didn’t ask any questions. Her demeanor made me feel like it was silly that I was there asking the questions I did. She gave me information but it was to the point and she acted like she was ready to move on. Disappointed.

I had an appointment today with Madison Ziegler to have my skin looked at. I mentioned that I had psoriasis. She would have noticed that if she started my examination. She told me that if we talked about my psoriasis I would have to schedule another appointment to have my skin looked at. She wasted about 5 minutes of her time.I waisted months waiting to get in to see her. I will not be going back.

I was very happy with my experience today at Forefront Dermatology. The facility itself is quite beautiful. The office staff were professional and friendly. And my dermatologist Madison was wonderful. She checked me thoroughly for possible skin cancer and I have complete confidence in her abilities. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hillary Johnson-Jahangir and team are incredible! She was recommended to me by my eye doctor and is precise, efficient, straightforward, and made the procedure very simple. It was easy to schedule with her team- I got an appointment within 3 weeks. Not only did I have much better results than when I did the same procedure at UIHC, but the pricing was more straightforward and fair, and I didn’t have to schedule 10 months out. Highly recommend.
