My visit to Concept could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The physical space is welcoming and easy to access. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. I have no doubt that the evaluation I received was accurate and thorough. Nothing but a good experience all around.

I resisted getting hearing aids for far too long. So glad I finally did. And these guys are terrific. Excellent customer service at the beginning and after purchase. Free tune-ups/updates love the Bluetooth connectivity. Josh showed me how to use the latest updates so I get the most out of my aids. If you think you might have hearing loss, do not delay getting tested.

I’ve been really pleased with the audiologist, Josh, who tuned up and fine tuned my hearing aides. He was friendly and also had many great suggestions to make them more user friendly when in crowds and outdoors. I appreciated having them checked and adjusted. Tony Buffington.
