⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service from Skye! We went to LensCrafters and had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Skye. She was so warm, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun. We were joking around and laughing the whole time, and it honestly made our day. Customer service like that is hard to find anymore! We left so happy and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Skye for being so wonderful!

We had such a good experience here. My husband is disabled and has a really hard time at most appointments. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive. The wait was short, and it was nice to be able to walk around the store looking at frames while ae waited. The Optometrist was great, adjusted their communication when he started to struggle, made him feel safe and comfortable. Best medical appointment we've had at any provider in years!

I have used this lens crafters location for multiple years in a row. Everyone I have interacted with at this store is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a large inventory of frames and lenses. They offer prescription Oakley lenses and frames. I was able to get my lenses 50% off with their current sale. I give this store and their team 5 stars. I definitely plan to keep doing business with them and am very happy with my prescription Oakley sunglasses and their customer service.

I had an excellent shopping experience at the LensCrafters in the Coralville Mall. I was greeted warmly by Madelyn. She assisted me in selecting glasses that were perfect! She was extremely patient, friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions and provided me with great options to meet my needs. I will definitely be getting my glasses from here again.
