The Children's Dental Center

The building is fun and kid-friendly, so children won’t be bored, and the staff were kind—especially the male dental assistant. I also loved the board displaying the new patient list. It was fun to see my kids’ names there. Thank you for being thoughtful. My only concern was how the check-in policy was handled. I was warned about being late while checking in all three of my children at once. Since I have three young children and consider them separate patients, I expected to check them in individually according to their appointment times. One of my children was still within the check-in window, so I asked if they could see the one who truly needed medical attention first. I was told they were doing me “a favor,” which didn’t feel right. I hope they can show more understanding toward parent

My 3 kids have been patients at The Children’s Dental Center for about 3 years and we could not be more happy with our experience each time we visit. I book all 3 at the same time so I only need to go once every 6 months, it’s a well oiled machine. Most of the time, they are ready for all 3 at the same time and we are out in 30-45 mins. Every staff member is friendly, smiling and knowledgeable. Dr. Jen is wonderful with the kids! She is great at explaining what they are going to do in a way that doesn’t scare them and very helpful explaining everything to mom and dad, too. We just needed to have a couple of teeth pulled in preparation for braces, and the whole experience could not have gone any better for my daughter. Our 4 year old has needed some extensive work done, and they’ve been tremendous! From front office staff, to assistants, and dentists- everyone is patient centered and adept at their job. They clearly articulate care plans, ensure understanding of financial obligation, and conduct themselves with great care for their patients and the families who love them.

I don’t typically write reviews but I can’t say enough good things about my kids experience here. The people are so kind and helpful. My kids get excited to go to the dentist because they make the appointment so fun for them and so fast and easy for parents. Highly recommend!

I took my 6-week-old to the Children’s Dental Center to have his lip and tongue tie released, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. James did a phenomenal job. The procedure was much quicker and easier than I expected, and he explained everything thoroughly which put me at ease. Since the procedure, nursing has gotten so much easier. I also bring my toddler here for her routine visits, and she actually gets excited to come. The staff makes it such a positive and welcoming experience for kids. We always feel very well cared for from start to finish. I’m so grateful we chose this office and highly recommend Dr. James and his team.
