Visited my cousin today. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good vibes are felt throughout the facility.

I truly have nothing negative to say about this place. I visit my friend here every two weeks, and he is always clean, comfortable, and very well cared for. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and polite, which means so much to us.

If you have loved ones that need 24/7 care please, don’t take them there. Let this place be the very, very last resort.

Having my loved one there is just a shame. I’m not the decision maker for my loved one’s care. The nurses there are rude, unfriendly, and could care less what their patients needs are. Having to visit my loved one there only enrages me at their level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and their lack of compassion. I am a believer that a nurse is someone who cares and wants to help people, well that’s not the case there. So please let this place be the very, very, last place to consider. If anyone says different about this place it’s fake or a relative of a worker. I go there frequently to visit my family member and it’s always the same.
