I brought my 73 year-old father who suffers from hearing loss to the HearingLife facility in Santa Clara hearing for his hearing test and also to get his Signia hearing device serviced. Rashideh was the service technician who helped my father and she was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. She was very courteous, professional and showed empathy towards an elderly person. Perfect free hearing test! Hearing aids were programed 4 me. Details on how to use them were given. Audiologist was very helpful and did a superb job. Very satisfied!!

My favorite audiologist is Lori Coyle at the Thornwood Dr address and sometimes at the Homestead office which is closer for me. Lori is very knowledgeable and helpful, she answers all my questions, tweaks my hearing aids to my liking, and lets me know of the upcoming appointments. Highly recommended.

A very wonderful experience. I was really worried about getting hearing aides but I knew I needed to. I had lost my hearing in my left ear after vertigo. I made an appointment at hearing life and from the moment I walked it, I felt so comfortable. The receptionist is amazing. She explained everything to me and the doctor equally was so caring. I am so happy with my choice to go to hearing life. My new hearing aides are fantastic! You can’t even see them and now I don’t have to position myself to hear everyone when sitting at a table!
