Great experience at Get Well Urgent Care; the staff was efficient and helpful. The doctor was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel heard.

I accidentally put five stars ⭐️ actually three stars are well deserved! Place looks old school and very small clinic! Doctor arrived late to my appointment! Will ask my Insurance to find me another clinic! Don’t trust those pictures, place it’s not like it looks on those pictures at all!

he nurse was very kind and thoughtful. She noticed from my ID that tomorrow is my birthday and wished me a happy birthday — I had forgotten it myself! That made my day. Thank you for the excellent care!

Changing my review on Dec 3 because Getwell Urgent Care referred me to a group of imaging facilities that is out of network for me. Moreover, they did not tell me that I’d have to check and see if SimonMed was in network. I naively assumed it would be because Getwell knew my insurance info and why would they send me out of network!! They also didn’t know that the Santa Clara SimonMed facility “doesn’t have any tech on Wednesdays”! Seems like they should know that, if that’s the only imaging company they’re working with. So I had to try two SimonMed facilities, and at the second one learned that I’d have to pay $95 for the xray. I’m disabled and on full Medi-Cal, and my monthly income is less than my rent. So $95 was not an option. I’m stuck and exhausted and still don’t know if I have pne
