AFC Urgent Care Santa Clara

My mom fell down in her apartment and somehow cut her nose open. I was at work when she called me. So I came to her place and looked up an urgent care center near my mom’s place in Santa Clara. So glad we came here. The young lady at the front desk (Juniper or Jupiter) was very good..I was a little shaken up, since my mom (85 years old) was injured. But she was very professional and helpful. She also worked with the doctor to assist her in treating my mother. The doctor did a fantastic job in stitching up my mom’s nose. Thanks goodness for this center!

Their service is amazing. I started by taking my son here and loved the service and how fast and efficient they work. Now I went and I they treated me above n beyond as well from the front desk staff to the physician, the treatment here and how easily they solve my medical issues is wonderful.

had such a positive experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was friendly and made the check-in process incredibly quick. The provider was just as wonderful—kind, patient, and truly attentive to my concerns. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel cared for throughout the visit. In need of a pre-employment physical with a mandatory 3 day turnaround, I was thrilled at how easy it was to book my appt. and how friendly the staff were! The lobby was impeccable and the environment was calm, professional, and welcoming. The two medical professionals I interacted with had awesome bedside manner and made me feel right at home. I would definitely choose AFC for any Urgent Care needs outside of my regular doctor’s office’s hours! A+++

Very responsive and helpful staff, thank you for making an urgent care visit on Saturday night as best as it can be. The receptionist was very nice. However, when you get the prescription, you’ll have to be careful on dosing instructions. The error was to take two tablets daily when the correct instruction should’ve said to take one tablet twice a day. Thankfully, the pharmacist caught this. The lesson learned here is to double check the instructions with your doctor and your pharmacist.
