Thrive Dental | Santa Clara Dentist

My partner and I had a 3:00 PM appointment today. I was scheduled for a routine exam and cleaning, and my partner was scheduled for a cleaning. We did not get called in until 3:35 PM, and by the time they finished with me it was already 4:30 PM. That made my partner about 1 hour and 30 minutes late. If the office could not accommodate two people at 3:00, they should have been upfront instead of trying to squeeze us in. I also specifically booked with Dr. Serkon, but ended up being seen by a different dentist. That alone would have been fine if the rest of the visit was handled professionally. Unfortunately, the cleaning experience was stressful. The assistant was rough and seemed like she were rushing the entire time. I highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Sekhon is very accommodating and empathetic. I explained my situation (I was in a lot of pain from infected tooth) and she was able to take me in as a new patient and help make me comfortable and make a plan to solve the issue. She also takes her time with her work and is very thorough, and she takes time to check in on her patients and treats them with a lot of care and respect. I also want to mention that the rest of the staff I interacted with were also very kind and helpful. Thank you to everyone at this dental office.

Dr Sekhon is truly a talented dentist. I went in to have an implant started for a right rear molar. SHE WAS AMAZING. She and her assistant made the procedure go by seamlessly and virtually pain free. Dr. Sekhon is caring and works very hard for the right results. I highly recommend her and her staff at Thrive Dental in Santa Clara, CA!!!
