The Pinnacle Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Home

My brother spent almost 6 months here after a fall and subsequent surgeries. They took excellent care of him. They were always responsive if I had any questions and they communicated with me about his care. Everyone, from cleaning staff to administration were very friendly. Anytime I entered the facility I was greeted with smiles. If my brother would need long term or skilled nursing in the future we would return to The Pinnacle.

Best nursing home ever been to I just got discharged from their yesterday the entire staff is just wonderful I recommend this place to anyone the therapist Megan Cheryl and Emily are all amazing they work with you and help you get stronger. The nurses were excellent my favorite were Dena and Cynthia but none of the nurses were bad. The nurses aids were super sweet and efficient to your needs they kept this place clean and I am happy with how my stay went. If I need a nursing home in the future thus is the place I choose because they are awesome it was hard saying goodbye goodbye to staff and patients and the activities directors Nichole and August simply amazing as well. If you ever want a good experience at a nursing facility I recommend this place God bless you all.

Never ever put your loved one in this hell hole. It is by far the WORST nursing facilitu I have ever been in. They take 25 to 30 minutes to respond to call lights in spite of 3 to 4 prople sitting at the nurses station chatting and laughing among themselves. They left my relative in the bed with NO clothes on except a diaper!!!! Unacceptable. The food is horrible and on sunday july 20th residents did not get dupper until 7:30 pm. Unacceptable. Claimed they had 2 new cooks. Bullshit! They leave a patient on the toilet for 30 mins not able to fend for themselves. The phones went out and nobody knew anything sbout it for 2 days. Unacceptable. Patients could not receive or make calls. His portapot had feces smeared on it from sn earlier bowel movement. Noone cleaned it off. A tele

My father went here for PT following a surgery. The surgery site became infected and the staff ignored it. He was telling them it was seeping and they fought him on it. Ended up with a terrible infection that caused him grave health problems. I do not blame them for the infection. I do blame them for ignoring it for multiple days and allowing it to fester to the point that he had to have intravenous antibiotics for a month. The nurse that needed to look at his incision actually got mad at him for wanting someone to look at his incision and left him sitting in the bathroom waiting for her for over an hour. Terrible, terrible place. He has not been the same since being there.

My 86 yr old Father was discharged to this facility for physical therapy after a 2 wk stay at the hospital. The hospital had him ready and stable to start the strength building so that he can return to being mobile with a wheel chair or walker. After 2 full days of NO human contact, he finally went to therapy, came back, was stripped down to a diaper, for HOURS shivering until his girlfirend raised hell about him being naked and cold. I found out and raised wholly heck about the neglect and mentioned that a report to authorities regrding elder abuse was in order, they started jumping thru hoops, got the phone working, brought in a new bed, and actually took him to a 2nd therapy session in a wheelchair, well, after therapy, he returned in his wheelchair, extremely tired, but sat there for
