The Oaks Center

The Oaks took excellent care of my Mother-in-law before she passed. I cannot say enough good things about the facility and its employees from the Business Office to the Maintenance Staff and everyone in between. I highly recommend it.

Saw only friendly, helpful faces when I dropped by for a quick visit. Seemed as close to a personal "home" type living situation as possible. I felt that the staff genuinely cares about the folks that are there. Keep up the good work!

My grandmother was a resident here and was only there for maybe a month. When we chose this facility we wanted a place that would make her feel at home. My grandmother was 93 years old and at times she would be confused but despite that the CNA staff//nurses(Danielle in particular) and Dr. Liu were amazing!! However, Shannon who is with admitting per our knowledge, was very difficult to speak with and return our phone calls. When we called her after the passing of my grandmother she had no sympathy and literally only asked one question and that was if we already came to get my grandmothers belongings and if so then there wasn’t anything else we needed to do. Very disappointed. My mother was admitted 7 days ago and I’m currently searching for a better, safer, environment. She was in the same clothes 3 days, diaper wasn’t changed, hole in their comforter, and today I received a call from a nurse that 2 of my mom’s meds couldn’t be found. The Administrator didn’t appear interested in my complaint... yes, I have photos and audio of conversations.

Excellent, clean environment with a friendly home-like atmosphere!
