Crossroads Pharmacy

extremely rude & unprofessional i tried to complain to the pharmacist & she “apologized” then basically laughed in my face i felt ganged up on & humiliated for sticking up for myself absolutely unacceptable

Lovely people and smiling faces. Called multiple pharmacies today. Not very friendly response and interaction until I encountered the lovely ladies here. This pharmacy helped me & were kind. I drove far for their service . I wish I was CLOSER. This would be my pharmacy. 😩

I recently tried to fill my prescription here and was refused due to a ratio/limit the pharmacy had reached. The lady, Trudy, who I spoke with said they had reached their limit on the number of adults they could provide with stimulant medication. Two weeks later I found out that a friend I work with had switched to Crossroads and filled her Adderall script there. She was not a regular customer. She had been using Walgreens, not this pharmacy. They allowed her to transfer her medication to them. I called back to ask why they could fill hers and not mine and Trudy informed me that I could report them if I wanted. She offered no explanation but demanded I give her my friend’s name which I would not do. The reason they had filled my friend’s and not mine was because she had a business relation

Mrs Guinn and her team are all hands down #1. Would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone needing prescriptions are simply just needing a question. My #1 choice in louisiana is crossroads pharmacy...
