Premier Urgent Care

I really appreciated the genuine caring treatment of the nurse who took my vitals and the PA I saw this afternoon, Dec. 27. The lady at the desk was so patient and helpful to those older folks who found it difficult to complete the diosk check-in. The staff worked as quickly and efficiently as possible to see every patient in a full house.

Rapides Urgent Care was our urgent care of choice before it closed. If we had known how amazing Premier was, we would have been visiting here much sooner! Staff was courteous, efficient, and everything was very clean.

Hunter, my nurse was amazing. He was a pleasure to be around and was compassionate. He's a 10/10 employee and you can tell he truly cares!

I have used them three times and all three times we had quick and friendly service with great staff that cared about us as patients. They even called to check on us after our visits.

All the staff from checking in to the finish of the visit were so nice. The office was packed, but the care was thorough. I was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
