The North Shore Estates

Northshore Estates is a wonderful nursing home, very adequate, clean, with caring professional staff. My wife, Darlene, of 46 years, due to a debilitating stroke, resides there. I am very pleased and grateful with the overall quality of care which gives me peace of mind.

Went in to see a old roommate of mine, staff were unprofessional and could use more training... I reported things that concerned me and I was told otherwise.....

I spent 2 different times at North Shore Estates after I had total right shoulder reverse replacement. I had nothing but a great experience. The food was great my cnas were awesome and my nurses Rn Kris and Lpn Sue were awesome. I hope I don't have to go back lol but if I do

Short staff. Every time I visit my sister is in bed. Room very dirty and extremely cluttered. We send flowers and no one bothers to water them. There's one staff member who keeps my sister supplied with soda that she obtains herself and doesn't take extra money to do so. One staff member has lied to me twice after telling me she could provide a service.

The staff know their residents well and take excellent care of them. Also, the activities they offer their residents are so much fun!
