Do not take your barely-18-year-old there without his/her ID, bc even if YOU, THE PARENT, have your ID, and the insurance, and even money, they will REFUSE to see your child. And yes, he may be 18, but he is SICK and needs a flu test to see if he needs tamiflu. Who thinks about that when you are dealing with fever and body aches? "You better bring your wallet" is NOT a parent's first thought. I do not know the name of the girl with long hair at the counter, but she did make a comment about him "needing to do things on his own." I looked at her and said, "He is SICK and we did not think about the wallet." I really wanted to tell her to NEVER say that again and some other things but I held my tongue. The experience was honestly disappointing and embarrassing for the organization. Theresa’s rudeness and condescending demeanor were so striking that I questioned whether I should even stay for my appointment. No patient should be spoken to or treated with such a lack of empathy or professionalism. If this is the culture being accepted at this location, it reflects poorly on leadership and on the dedicated providers across multiple states who uphold The Little Clinic’s values every single day.

My son tested positive for the flu. This little clinic never called in the prescription and continued to not answer their phone. The Kroger pharmacy was super helpful and had to walk over to get our prescription in order to fill it. Very unprofessional for a Little Clinic treating patients!

I'm writing this review for NP Theresa Sutak. This review is not for the Little Clinic as a whole as I have had good experiences here prior. I just want to warn other people before they put their health in her hands. First of all, I am not the first review as her being dismissive, and very rude. My daughter (teenager) was seen by her. She walked in the room, with no greeting. She was extremely "cold". I was concerned because it looked like my daughter had oral thrush. She looked at her mouth, said she did not believe this was oral thrush. She stated she has been working in medicine for over 20 years and has never seen oral thrush that looked like that. I’ve been here a few times for my kids. The NP Theresa is very unprofessional. She acted like it wasn’t a big deal my son is sick. She gave me no information on when to call his doctor if he wasn’t better. She told me to give him ibuprofen and send him to school. I asked if there was anything else we could do and she chomped her gum and just said Flonase. He doesn’t have allergies. I went and looked at the Flonase just to be sure and it definitely wasn’t what we needed. We’ve had her every time and she barely even looked at my son. I didn’t feel confident or any better when we left. If she’s the main NP there I won’t be back. I will say the young lady that checked us in and did the tests was very kind and helpful. She was nice to my son and not dismissive at all.
