The Little Clinic

The providers here at the Erie Little clinic are amazing. I was able to schedule appointment in the middle of the night for the following morning, My appointment was quick, They only charged me for what I truly needed in order to get better. ❤️‍🩹 I am a cash pay customer and I truly appreciate these little clinics and the people providing care. Also so convenient with the pharmacy right next to it. Thank you little clinic Erie-

This was my first time utilizing the little clinic . Meghan was really amazing and took such great care of me. It’s so rare these days when you feel like your providers are going above and beyond for you. I just can’t see enough good things about my experience.

The experience was interesting. The tech at the front was so welcoming and kind, and the pharmacy tech was also great. Unfortunately, the NP, Megan, clearly didn’t want to be there. She came in ill-tempered, didn’t introduce herself, and was cold and resistant throughout the entire encounter. I won’t be returning—while everything else was great, the provider was dismissive and unprofessional, which overshadowed the rest of the visit.

I was seen in a timely manner and the triage nurse was very kind and receptive. When I was seen by the NP, my concerns were not addressed and I was met with a lot of push back when I did not want to receive the care that they were trying to push onto me. I wasn’t satisfied with the care I received and would not recommend this clinic if you can help it.

Checklist Clinic, not to be confused with healthcare. Fine if all you need is a strep, flu, and/or covid test (and don't have home kits - their tests are no better). The staff's competence extends to reading common protocols, which say that everything is a virus, take OTC meds and nasal rinse - there I saved you a trip. I don't know why I bothered when I know I will end up in a real Urgent Care with an untreated infection in a couple of days (again). Hopefully this time it doesn't become bacterial pneumonia. Lesson learned, never again for anything other than tests I can't just do at home.
