I’ve known Dr. Bo for several years, and his dedication to physical therapy is truly top-notch. During the pandemic, when many of us were navigating uncertainty, he remained collaborative, solution-oriented, and deeply committed to continuing patient care. We even partnered on a public service video focused on shoulder exercises to help people stay active and pain-free at home. Dr. Bo brings both clinical excellence and genuine care to his work. I highly recommend Dr. Bo and his team at Fitcare Wellness and Physical Therapy.

After experiencing a gunshot wound I fell on my elbow and completely shattered it. After surgeries etc my elbow lost a range of movement as well as feeling. The FitCare staff was amazing. I received competent physical therapy to help regain sensation as well as movement. They provided devices and guidance to assist my recovery. Today I have sensation in my elbow and I did lose some range of motion, 10 degrees to be exact, but 10 degrees was the minimal range I would lose compared to the 35 degrees I started out with. I also received professional massages. I highly recommend FitCare Wellness & Physical Therapy.

Dr. Bo is an exceptional physical therapist. He is personable and has a rare talent for translating complex medical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand explanations. His holistic approach to care is truly refreshing. In a healthcare environment that often feels rushed, Dr. Bo takes the time to listen attentively. He addresses every question and concern with care, and I always feel genuinely heard and supported under his treatment.

Dr. Bo is an incredible clinician. He actively listens and treats the “whole patient”, not just a diagnosis on paper. He always has the best interests and the well being of his patients at the center of his care. He is knowledgable, personable, supportive, and encouraging - everything and more one would hope for in a Physical Therapist!

Dr Bo is a great physiotherapist. I’ve had many but none like Dr.Bo in the knowledge and care he provides . The treatment plan was clear and effective. I appreciate the professionalism and care. Highly recommended.
