I had a concerning encounter with a female pharmacist that raised red flags for my doctor and the doctor's medical assistant. The pharmacist attempted to access my personal medical information from my doctor's office, which was well beyond what was necessary to fill my prescription. Their refusal to disclose my personal medical information upset her, and she insisted she ultimately had the authority to refuse my prescription as a result. Subsequently, they contacted me and recommended filling my prescription elsewhere, as they believed she was on a "power trip." Great customer service. The pharmacist always knows my family’s meds and makes it feel like we are shopping at an old fashioned drug store. It’s these small interactions in our day to day lives that make the sense of community that much stronger.

So Anthem BCBS thinks they know better than my doctor and refuses to cover my generic low dose BP medicine. I didn’t get the name of the pharmacist who helped me this afternoon, but she found a discount/coupon plan to get me my meds out of pocket for dirt cheap. Much appreciated! I’ll be back and will be spreading the word that this pharmacy is the place to go.

I've been using this pharmacy for roughly 7 years, and I have never been happier. Francis is always quick to answer a question, willing to help you find ANYTHING in the store, and my prescriptions are always ready before I even realize I need them. The staff has changed a couple times, but I will keep returning as long as Francis is still there!

I am so grateful for your expertise. @ regional management- I called every Walmart, Walgreens, king Soopers , and nearby Safeways trying to get a medication. Francis was the ONLY Pharmacist who knew what needed to be done. He searched the inventory at nearby safeways- something the other Safeway "pharmacists" in Westminster and Broomfield said they either couldn't do, or had zero results for at all. He relayed that there was some in the springs but to give him a little bit. He suggested I call the prescribing doctor and ask for an alternative, while I was waiting for a call back from the doctor. Francis called me back and let me know he got in touch with my care team and they we
