Coal Creek Dental is amazing! I absolutely love Brooke. She always takes the time to explain everything she’s doing and makes sure I fully understand the process. She works gently and carefully, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. They’ve also been so accommodating with my teaching schedule, which I truly appreciate! The receptionists are always so nice and welcoming, too. I genuinely love this dentist office and highly recommend them! 🦷✨

Decided to move on to another dental provider after years with Coal Creek. (My wife already moved on last year, but it’s such a pain to switch that I stuck around.) I’m good with reminders that an appointment is coming up They have a practice of calling / texting nonstop with the REQUIREMENT that to have to call back and confirm or they will cancel the appointment. It’s on my calendar and I have not missed an appointment for ~5 years. Feel free to send a reminder, but the whole process of canceling my appointment is tiresome and not the relationship I want with a dental practice. The other issue is that I went 18 months / 3 visits without actually seeing the Dentist. Just the dental hygienists, who were good, but not an actual Dentist. I'm very happy with my care at Coal Creek Dental. The dental hygienists are excellent and there is no high pressure for procedures. The front desk staff are professional and kind. I have anxiety regarding dentistry, and I was treated with kindness and respect.

While I had a little bit of a bumpy start with Coal Creek Family Dental with rough cleanings and unnecessary Invisalign, which didn’t fix my bite issues, they have corrected course and done the right things so I remain their dedicated patient. They’re good about gentle patient education and making my visits manageable and even pleasant. My last cleaning in October 2025 was thorough and both my hygienist and dentist were sensitive and responsive to my needs. My orthodontist commented on how amazing my teeth looked. I’m confident I’m on the right path now and that my gum health will remain stable.

Quickly accommodated my husband (new to practice, visiting the area with significant tooth pain). He’s had extensive dental work over many years, but we’ve never been so impressed with care. Warm and welcoming staff offered anesthetic prior to exam. Tech held “bite wing” device do he wouldn’t have to experience pressure on painful tooth. Dr Patel was excellent and referred us to an excellent oral surgery practice that was equally accommodating. Highly recommend Coal Creek!!!
