I’ve been coming to Erie Family Dentistry for about 5 years now, and they are great. Dr. Timlin is friendly and professional. He’s done an excellent job on my crown and fillings I’ve needed over the years. I highly recommend my dentist! Dr. Timlin and the staff always put me at ease. I appreciate their friendly and professional manner. I had to come in to have a sore tooth looked at, and they checked and offered to clean my night guard as well. Thanks for all your help!

Been going here for 17 years - extremely friendly and professional, and great hours to allow for flexible schedules, before and after work. Dr Timlin is extremely thorough, kind, and has always been responsive when we’ve had the occasional emergency over the years. A great team and a family atmosphere, where they remember you and your family, and go the extra mile. Very easy to schedule, and their COVID procedures are not an added hassle at all.

Dr. Timlin and his staff at Erie Family Dentistry have always gone above and beyond for our family needs. They are very professional and their follow up shows how much they care about their patients! They are gentle and try to make dentist visits as comfortable as possible for my teens and also for my husband & I! I love the family feel and the safety precautions taken during the pandemic.

Great experience! Check-in time was really quick since I gave them most of my info over the phone. The hygienist was really nice and knowledgeable. I sadly had a surprise cavity and was slightly nervous about the work needed to remedy it. The dentist made it one of the least painful experiences I’ve ever had. Love this place for their friendliness and professionalism.

This place( mead office but same owner) lost two patients today. My wife loves this office and told me I should switch to this dentist because it’s right down the road . Today I went for a cleaning and after a hour I only got X-rays. Here’s the best part . I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned after being there over a hour. The hygienist there today was rough and rude , never introduced herself. Was not talking to me or trying to ask anything about my day. Just being very rude. Not asking please to move or do certain things with the X-rays or to move my head. Never once said please. Never once showed a smile. Just straight rude. The last straw was when she ripped the xray pad off me rough and just plain unprofessional.!!! I literally had to just get up and walk out . This lady who has no name
