When I came to The Eleanor 3/2025 I couldn't even walk. The place looks amazing as they remodeled their rehab unit . The staff there was great from the nurses to Therapist dept. everyone were great !!. I was able to get better and go home. I was Greeted and treated with respect and dignity.

This is the most horrible place . They dont take care of the people there. They let our family member Starve to death. He has pressure wounds so much worse than he had when going to this place. they dont turn them enough or at all. Asking for ice water . and being told they dont have it. How this place is even open. is beyond us. The nurses and a few aids we had run in with. are such rude people. Find another job. That you would actually enjoy. its all about the money with this dump. They refused our family member Hospice Care. Because they wouldn't get paid by the insurance. State needs to investigate this place. Sad when there own employee. Tell you about stuff going on there. DISGUSTING...

Elizabeth in Admissions was a tremendous help to me. I had to arrange for Respite Care for my spouse because I had to travel for my brother's funeral. I reached out to Elizabeth on very short notice and she made all the arrangements, including transportation, and kept me informed along the way, including calls after business hours. Very patient and compassionate.

My husband was hospitalized for a number of issues and a rehabilitation facility looked like the next step. I had the good fortune of meeting Anna Pawlowska, who is a rep for The Eleanor. She was extraordinary in helping me figure out next steps for me and my husband. Transparent, compassionate, knowledgeable and more importantly, humane in a system that's tough and confusing to navigate. Other reps from other facilities...not nearly as attentive or caring.
