I can’t say enough good things about ark and all the wonderful staff. They take such good care of your beloved pets and show such compassion and understanding. You can truly see how much they care about the animals. We dropped off our beloved Boston terrier for a dental extraction and of course I was an emotional train wreck as I worried about the anesthesia. They were so wonderful and kind and took the time to explain everything and comfort me and took such good care of our boy. I would definitely recommend ark such a wonderful place for the care of all your fur babies.

ARC Animal Hospital in Hyde Park is absolutely wonderful. Jim and the entire team including the vets techs and front desk staff have taken care of our three cats for years with so much care kindness and professionalism. You can truly tell how much they love animals and treat them like family. We are incredibly grateful for the years of excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary practice they can trust. 🐾❤️

Best experience I could hope for. I went in expecting the worst, and Ark held my hand and gave me the options. They expertly picked the best remedy for my feline (Kuma) and made everything I thought would be stressful, easy as can be. One of the staff even donated their medicine from their own home so that my feline could be treated promptly. There's nothing but love and professionalism here, so please refrain from going anywhere else for all of your fuzzy friend needs.

I have brought my dog to a vet before and a very nice one, but I never ever met a vet as nice as Dr Gardner he is the best. I brought my dog Bella there for surgery, he did a wonderful job he talked to me like I was part of his team. My my dog is doing 100% better and I owe it all to Dr Gardner and his team. Thank you Dr Gardner for being so personable and so kind and so good with the animals. You are the best!!

Yes the vet is very good and saved tweaks life, however he has go be on prescription food for the rest of his life for urinary issues. They’ve been approving his food every year since he was 1 and he is now 13. I don’t bring him for annual visits because he is an indoor cat and he is allergic to the shots so I only bring him to the vet when he is ill. They all of a sudden decided he can’t get this food without annual visits knowing he hasn’t been there but once since he was 2 but now all of a sudden that’s a problem. They are a rip off and just want your money all of a sudden when I never thought this before. When I questioned the person who answered the phone as to why it matters now their response was i don’t know maybe you have a friend here. I was appalled I don’t know anyone in that o
