Pellegrino Healing Center

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Catherine today and boy what a wonderful experience this was. I feel as weightless as a balloon. I didn’t think it would really do much for me but I was wrong! Catherine was super hospitable and informative. I felt safe and comfortable with her, and extensive knowledge of her craft alone was worth the visit. I can’t wait to come back!

Yesterday was my first visit to Pellegrino, and it was a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. The young woman who checked me in kindly introduced me to Christine for acupuncture. Christine was truly wonderful—gentle, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and helped me feel completely at ease. I look forward to continuing my care at Pellegrino and entrusting my healing to their team.

I have heard so many positive things about Pelligrino Healing Center. I went for the first time yesterday for my first acupuncture treatment. I was not disappointed and will be going back for more. I had a 120-minute myofascial release massage with Heather. She is highly attentive, precise, and clearly knowledgeable about individual health considerations. I am cautious about bodywork, and she communicated clearly, checked in thoughtfully, and adjusted techniques as needed. The space is calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. A safe, intentional, and deeply restorative experience. Definitely worth checking out!

I have had many services here including massages with Mary and Tara (who turned me into jello, it was incredible!) acupuncture with Stefanie (who is gentle, kind and incredibly knowledgeable) and acupuncture facials with Christine (which was life changing!). Pelligrino is AMAZING and I feel so incredibly lucky to have a holistic haven in my backyard!
