I came to the Center for Physical Therapy last summer with some pretty stubborn knee issues from roller derby, and I haven’t needed to go back since—which is honestly the best endorsement I can give! The care I received was thorough, supportive, and actually effective. They helped me strengthen the right muscles, improve my mobility, and get back to doing what I love. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, kind, and clearly invested in helping people feel better for the long term—not just patch things up temporarily. Highly recommend to any athletes or active folks in the Hudson Valley. Thanks for keeping me rolling!

They were very helpful in the diagnosis of my right shoulder pain. It turns out I had tendinitis. The route that my primary care had recommended would have taken forever: x-rays, MRI, nerve test. Getting Aetna to agree to these tests would have taken even longer. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Luckily, this was the quickest drug free route to recovery. In addition to shoulder pain we would work on my neck, back, posture, and work setup with my laptop to decrease daily pain. A lot of the information I learned here I can apply to everyday life for pain management which is pretty cool. 💪💪💪

They mismanaged not only my paperwork/insurance, but my treatment plan, as well. I went for Aquatic PT and was left high and dry. The PT folks seem okay, but the administrators and billing dept are incompetent. I have very good insurance, but they managed to drop every ball imaginable. My physical health is too important to trust to C4PT.

I've been utilizing the services of this facility since June. It's now October. I will likely be a patient at C4PTHP until the end of the year. Christine has been a terrific physical therapist for me, overseeing both land and pool sessions. Her staff is delightful to work with. Tracy at the front desk makes the administrative and bureaucratic part of this process bearable. I've gone from feeling "miserable" in pain (from my head to my toes with a spine that was lit up like a Christmas tree as it showed on the MRI's) to challenged in recovery, and even have some quite good days. Moving towards full recovery-- one day, one step, at a time. Thank you all.

After breaking two bones in the ankle, surgery with 13 screws and a plate I didn’t think that some things would be possible. But Alexander Turbush made it possible. I jogged out of there four months later after enduring the work necessary to literally be on my feet again.
