I would give this place a ZERO…. I took my daughter here for chest pains and an obvious chest deformity between her breast. When we arrived we went through triage. When we got to back we informed doctor and Nurse she has been have chest pains and there was a deformity on her chest. Without looking the doctor feels her chest and my daughter is in tears due to pain. They completed Xray still without physically looking at the knot on her chest. While waiting on Xray results a nurse comes in and is about to give my daughter a COVID test. I informed the nurse she was in the wrong room my daughter does not have a fever, cough or congestion she was there due to a chest deformity that is causing pain. The nurse stated she was going to check her chart and nurse stated “wrong room this is why we che

This place is going downhill So I cut my hand and I knew I hit a nerve and something was wrong. The doctor on call would not do any x-rays or scans and kept saying I was fine. I kept telling her something wasn't right. This doctor needs to know what she did I took it upon myself to get into my doctor and go get an MRI I had completely cut my thumb tendon and my index finger tendon and a nerve. Had to hurry up and get into surgery to get it all fixed Don't go here they don't listen to their patients

Was here last night for chest pain, passing out, low blood pressure and severe vertigo. Doctor (older man with a blunt and firm way of talking) was rude and had no bed side manner and interrupted me everytime I tried to talk. He blamed my chest pain and other symptoms on diarrhea. I have IBS and I told him it just happens sometimes but he didn't listen to me and explained it to me like I was stupid when I already know this information. Nurse was doing an IV and he barely looked for a vein and then went in blind and started moving the huge IV needle around in my arm and it hurt so bad I started sobbed and pleading with him to please stop and to take it out but he said nothing and kept doing it. Then he blew out the vein after he drew blood and then injected saline into the surrounding tiss

On September 12, 2024 I went to the emergency room about 630 pm because the dome to my hearing aide had stayed deep in my left ear after I pulled out the hearing aide. While trying to get it out at home, it went in further. I got very nervous about that, worrying if there would have to be some surgical intervention to get it out. When I came in, there were many people sitting in the waiting room. The clerk who waited on me was not courteous to say the least. I did get as far as to be triaged with my vital signs being taken. It was explained to me AFTER I was triaged and told to go back out in to the waiting room that anyone with an issue more urgent than mine would get priority. I understand that and if I were waiting in the waiting room, I would expect the same priority. HOWEVER, I e

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Yesterday night my husband took me here for a horrible tooth ache that was making half my face and half my head hurt. It got to the point where I was screaming in pain but they did not care! When we arrived, there was maybe 2 people and later on many people arrived but they were all attended before me. When they finally called me in after 2 hours they still had me waiting in some chairs for another 30 minutes with another man who had arrived AFTER me. It was a grown white man who was maybe in his 50s who was also there for a tooth ache but the Doctor decided to attend him first right in front of me like if I wasn’t screaming and crying in pain. Also, I had arrived to the emergency way before him and im a girl! Do not come here if you have an emer
