Working mom of twin 5 year olds (boy and girl) here and HIGHLY recommend this facility!!! The nurses and staff and doctor that are at this facility are TOP NOTCH. Everything is so efficient and easy and clean - every time my 5 yr old twins need immediate help (UTI, ear infections, flu like symptoms etc…) I always come here. They’re wonderful with kids and we’re always in and out so much faster than any doctor visit. Cannot say enough about this facility! Their bedside manners are unmatched and answer all my questions and get to us quickly but never rush us! 10/10! I haven’t ever needed to go there for my own needs but my children have always been treated so well here ❤️ THANK YOU Provider Rikki and concierge Miriam ❤️ this working mom couldn’t do it without you!! Keep being amazing!!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was simple as a walk-in and even thought there were appointments ahead of me I didn't wait long. MA and NP were knowledgeable, personable, and explained things in terms I could understand. Facility was clean and calming. They have a drink station fir patients which is a blessing when you aren't feeling well. Definitely recommend!

I thought for sure there would be a wait when I arrived but the nurse/MA was waiting on me to finish my check in. She took me to my room and already had tests set out ready based on my symptoms. She was sweet and thorough. NP Paige came in quickly and was also wonderful. I was diagnosed and left with treatment in under 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the care there.

Quality Service! The experience was easy. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and escorted to the exam room. My entire visit lasted about 10-15 minutes. My new urgent care place!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at any Dr/hospital visit. I was heard and respected by staff & Dr Rikki! It was easy to make the appointment and just walk in and be seen. I don’t do Western medicine but also know when it may be necessary. I actually trust this place. Highly recommend!!
