I should have listened to the other reviewers, but I truly do prefer to give my business to the family owned shops instead of the conglomerate. However, this was a terrible choice. Old, outdated, cluttered is just the start. Unable to provide an itemized receipt or any kind of receipt for that matter and then to top it off, they didn’t even provide a pair of contacts during the contact fitting. It’s a sad day when I say go to Walmart instead.

3rd year to use doctor Kay, he gives great eye exams. Old outdated broken furniture and cluttered office with stacks of papers and grocery bags full of papers. This year I did not buy my glasses from him. He got upset and told me I wasted his time giving me a good eye exam for nothing. Said he can't afford to stay in business unless people buy their glasses from him. During exam I discussed having dry eyes and he said he had a sample of eye drops he could give me when I asked for the sample he said I could not have one because I didn't buy my glasses from him. He was just rude and disrespectful.

Darn good at his job on helping with your vision. The world is changing and spending money is very serious now. Knowledge has given people strategies to save money and people don't have enough money to support all businesses. The old world was good for business when we didn't have the informational world at our fingertips (smartphones). Our elders kept the old world alive. But fantasy is what remains when one does not keep up with the constant changing of life. This applies to much of America.

Sold me defective lenses (that have developed large stress cracks) and refuse to remedy the situation unless I let them send the glasses back to the 'lab' for 1-4 weeks. I have a -11 prescription.... So i'm just supposed to be blind until they come back. They refuse to help in any way, even though i have asked them to make it right multiple times. Since i used my insurance to buy them there, i now have to go out of pocket for new glasses somewhere else. They also refused to give me my prescription, so i had to get a new eye exam as well. Absolutely ridiculous, poor customer service. Stay away folks!

This is the worst eye exam place I have ever seen had to give it a star just a post I don't know what keeps this place open it should be shut down
