Brookshire's Pharmacy

Very rude! My parents went to this pharmacy today and was disrespected by one of the employees named Lexi. My parents have been coming here for years and never had a problem. She was very aggressive in how she spoke with my parents and continued to argue with them when trying to retrieve their medicine.This was very unacceptable and very concerning that one of your employees would argue and disrespect an elderly that was also ill at the time. Hopefully this will be addressed and viewed by/with the proper management.

Walgreens taking over the pharmacy is the worst thing to ever happen to Brookshire’s. I used to have my prescription ready less than 20 minutes after a doctor visit. Yesterday I went to the doctor and got prescribed some nose spray. I ran some errands afterwards and went to pick up my prescription. About 2-3 hours had passed at this point so I went to the Brookshire’s/Walgreens pharmacy to get my medication. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, so I left and came back after 30 minutes and they told me it would be ready in an hour! Absolutely ridiculous and a huge waste of my time. What happened to “it will be ready in 30 minutes”? I guess I’ll use CVS pharmacy from now on.

My Rx was called in on the 13th. Put back on the 14th. …. And by the 20th still not ready. I called the pharmacy and was put on hold…..I drove from Dallas (fair park area) stopped… got gas and made it all the way to Brookshires pharmacy where there was one car in drive thru and one person in line. Over 10 employees and no one EVER PICKED UP MY CALL!!! And my Rx was STILL NOT READY. I had to still wait an hour for them to “count” the Rx. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

The pharmisista are nice it's a shame the cashiers are awful. Rude, hateful, not at all professional. All of my prescriptions have now been moved to Walmart pharmacy. Brookshires has seen the last of my money. I will not even be purchasing groceries there anymore. Davie Sue is terribly rude, doesn't need to be in a position where she has contact with people. If you don't need your prescriptions promptly, want to be lied to then told your business doesn't matter, by all means go to brookshires pharmacy. If that's the kind of people they want representing their company I want nothing to do with Brookshires.

Went to get my sons prescription, was gonna use good RX, no insurance. They called me over and said they didn't have the meds, and if they did, it was over 100.00. I was panicking because my son was in a lot of pain. What was I going to do? The pharmacist Karen, saw I was in distress, came over to see if she could help. She called CVS, they didn't have it either. She called the ER that called it in, together they found something that would work. Anywhere else would have just said sorry, we don't have it. I just really want to thank her for caring and taking the time.
