Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Kaufman

Thought I'd share my experience since I just literally left. This was probably my 3rd or 4th visit and I have to commend the entire staff on another good visit with little to no wait time. This visit and the last were with Dr. Stripling who was thorough and forthcoming in both visits. Additionally, I had good, attentive nurses this time and the last. I felt reassured both times. I've taken my oldest daughter here and the doctors were thorough as well. Its good when drs atleast show they care and order tests, bloodwork and such. Glad to have a good hospital in the surrounding area.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Dr. Garner and nurse Erika. We found ourselves in the emergency room on Thursday evening with my husband needing medical help. Dr. Garner had empathy and treated my husband like a human being and with compassion. He listened to his cry’s and took very good care of him. Erika was very helpful and willing. She was kind and attentive. We are so thankful for their kindness.

Dr. Gardner and staff has been AMAZING. I write this as the other reviews almost stopped me from coming. My concerns were taken seriously and I feel like I have been heard not ignored. No one wants to come to the ER, but Kevin, Christina, Mark and the nursing staff really made me feel valued and treated me with compassion and empathy. If I needed to go I wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

THS Physical Therapy: Amy Allison is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. From the moment I met her, I could tell she truly cares about her patients—not just physically, but emotionally too. She listens with empathy and compassion, making me feel completely understood and supported every step of the way. What makes Amy stand out is her holistic approach to healing. She doesn’t just focus on the area that hurts; she looks at the whole body to find what’s really causing the pain. She takes the time to explain what’s happening and creates a comprehensive program that promotes total healing, not just temporary relief. Amy’s dedication, kindness, and deep knowledge have made such a difference in my recovery, and I’m so grateful to have her guiding my healing journey.

My and my child and wife came up here and there was no one in the lobby we was in the lobby for 2 hours and waiting to leave for a hole hour. Do better. I seen hospitals worse than this place do better. And them recording us and typing everything we say is against our rights we did not give consent. Kaufman Texas hospital
