I experienced the worst of hospice care with Novel hospice. Fired Novel and went Solaris. Best decision i made this year. Always available, quick with meds and equipment, and very knowledgeable. Compassionate and involved with patient care. I know what good nursing care looks like, I am an RN. Mom was so precious to me and Solaris treated her like she was precious to them.

I have been in the death care profession for over 35 years and I have worked with countless hospice groups over those years. There is no comparison out there to the type of compassion, integrity, care and service that Solaris provides. My family has utilized Solaris 3 times over the past few years. We simply could not ask for a better group of caring individuals on each occasion. Michelle, Wendy, Vanessa, Allie, Melinda, Miranda, John….you all make a major difference in the lives of the families that entrust their loved ones into your care. You all make a wonderful team. From the moment we made contact with Solaris on each occasion when we needed hospice care you took charge, showed up immediately and displayed genuine care to our loved ones. Solaris went above and beyond for the needs of our Mom and the family. The attention and care they give is so sincere and loving. They truly care about their patients. End of life care is so difficult, but with their help we were able to keep Mom at home. We will be forever grateful to the entire team at Solaris. A special thank you to Nurse Tiffani for taking your time with her and really understanding her needs. You made her feel special every time you came into the room. A big shout out and thank you to Myranda... it takes a very special person to do your job. Without you we would have been lost. You were so strong and helpful even when we were discouraged. You were such a blessing to us all.

This is hands down the most amazing Hospice company of all!!! They have cared for my family as if their own consistently and the compassion/care they give is overwhelming.
