Doctor Constance Lee was very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely patient during the eyes exam. She was also very good at explaining in detail all the technical aspect The optician was professional and cery helpful. Highly recommended.
Nathan was incredibly helpful. I came in with loose glasses and he noticed they were crooked and he fixed that too! I even got another pair from my car and he was happy to help with those too! 10/10 service
Love Target Optical in Westwood! The doctor is so nice and the assistant is amazing and so helpful! The price of contacts is way better than 1800 contacts!
One of the nose pieces on my glasses went missing, and when I asked if they sold those there, instead Nathan replaced it and did other adjustments for free, even though I was just shopping there and am not a patient. I’ll remember this kindness the next time I am in the market for new glasses.
Nathan was easy to talk to. My glasses were bent and he fixed them better than they were before being bent. Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable.
