We had a very positive experience with Dr. Abdullah. Our twin boys both had braces and the whole process was a big success. Together with his kind and knowledgeable staff, they help us with the technicalities of the insurance claims as well as with numerous explanations throughout our orthodontic adventures. Dr. Emad has been very welcoming at his practice. He really cares for the kids’ smiles. Thank you Dr. Emad, Nicole and everyone at the practice for taking care of my daughter’s braces. The whole procedure was stress free and every instruction was easy to follow for my daughter. Her teeth look beautiful and she is very happy. Both the Dedham and Westwood locations are clean and organized.

From front desk to The doctor everyone was very professional and made sure everything was done right. I also want to give a special mention to Erica, who was always so kind, patient, and supportive during every visit. She really made the process easier and more comfortable for me. Very informative, they work with my insurance and they also have a payment plan which is good to know. Service was good and everything was explained well and it was easy to understand.
