CVS Pharmacy

My daughter needed medication after moving to Boston. The pharmacy repeatedly made it hard for her to use her insurance and customer service was really bad. After she finally got things sorted with her doctor and insurance she was told the medication would be in today, the day she actually ran out of her medication. She showed up on time and was told the medication wasn’t in at which point she broke down in tears. My experiences at other pharmacies have been much better where the pharmacists have helped navigate prior authorizations and insurance approvals, especially when it’s about a daily medication.

It is impossible to get a prescription from this store and not wait in line 5-6 people deep for 15-20 minutes. They are incredibly slow. They are always understaffed or have 4 people working in the back with only one register open. I wish I had other options.

This is a wonderful store in terms of employees. Store needs new rug and updating , it’s a little dingy.

The pharmacy at this location is THE BEST! Everyone is helpful and kind and Brian is everything you could ask for in a pharmacist... he knows his customers and knows his stuff. Unlike most CVS pharmacies, I always feel welcome and personally 'seen' when I come here. Thanks, guys, for a job well done!

Line moved quickly. Chairs were provided for those of us who needed them. Pleasant personnel at the counter. Efficient.
