Children's Dentistry of Westwood

I used to take my child there but had stopped going due to the receptionist being a bully. We had 2 private insurances “the good kind that pays out” she was rude regardless. After a few visits of getting this attitude from her for no reason at all I finally called and told her I would no longer be coming to this office, I told her that her attitude was unacceptable. Etc. Surprisingly she apologized. But I should never have to deal with this type of behavior as a parent who's child is a patient. So I never came back.

Can’t say enough good things about them. Dr Schafft and her entire team are so incredibly welcoming. My daughter is scared of the dentist and they made her feel as comfortable as possible and now she looks forward to future cleanings. We will never go to another dentist. I am so glad a friend told me about them. Highly recommended.

Today was our daughter's first time at the dentist and while there were tears shed, the facility and staff could not have been more wonderful. The space is bright, cheery, clean, and filled with fun stuff for the kids. The staff is so warm and welcoming and easy to talk to. Dr. Schafft was absolutely wonderful. We look forward to coming back in 6 months! I wish I could get my teeth cleaned here :-)

I heard through moms in Westwood to take my son to children’s dentistry in Westwood. Best decision I made after he was terrified of the dentist due to bad experiences. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and kind. His hygienist and dentist were incredible! They went above and beyond to make it enjoyable and answered all his questions. The kindness and patience they showed him meant the world to both of us. They allowed my son to stop being scared of the dentist and helped him to love going, they put him at ease. I would give them ten stars if I could! Truly hands down the best place to take your child!

Our experience today exceeded expectations. My son was in need of an emergency treatment. They were able to see us immediately. The office staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The office was immaculate and welcoming. Dr. Mina was was professional, personable, and skilled. She performed a tooth extraction on my toddler with care and patience. I highly recommend this practice for your children!
