Mass General Brigham Urgent Care (Westwood)

This urgent care was really nice. The staff is really friendly and caring. It’s a new build, so the environment was clean and modern/ high tech. My only recommendation is to call ahead to see how long the wait would be for you to be called because if they are really busy, they will put up a sign that states they will have to pause the check in/registration, which means that they will not be taking any more patients in that moment, but will continue after the capacity decreases. Other than that, I love it there.

Nothing but a great experience here! The receptionist was friendly and helpful. PA Dan was thorough, timely and compassionate. The PCA Wisline was so sweet and kind and did a great job drawing my labs. So appreciative!

There’s a receptionist who was very rude to myself and a few patients who came in asking simple questions…. No one comes to urgent care for fun. The experience shouldn’t be horrible right when walking through the door. She had an accent as if she was Russian. Nonetheless, she needs a training on how to interact with people. If you hate your job, leave. I watched her try to turn a way a man who was clearly in need of medical help. Please do better at this location.

Although there was a bit of a wait before I saw the provider, Daniel J Donovan, he was very attentive, caring, and well spoken. I truly felt I received excellent care. Thank you.

Very poor service. Every time I go. Almost like they don’t care unless you have a fatal issue. This last visit this week I was waiting for 55 mins in the room (another 45 mins in the waiting room) and still no one came, I went out and the staff was celebrating something in the break room with cheers and doors wide open. Very poor etiquette and insensitivity. The urgent care in Foxboro is so good compared to this one. I chose this because it is close to home but I don’t think I want to return here anymore. Been there four times and never a good experience. Also front desk is so rude. all in all I would recommend patient experience training for the team.
