My first appointment with Dr. Thomas Oliver went smoothly and as pleasant as any doctor visit can be. Dr. Oliver was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and most importantly answered all my questions and concerns. The staff I encountered were all professional and courteous with a special mention to Brianna, whose natural warmth and concern made her a stand-out in a medical office. This appointment was at the S. Pine Ave. building next to and in front of Advent Hospital in Ocala, FL. The reception and waiting area was exceptionally nice with a clear glass view of the surrounding area. Parking is a problem as there are no designated spots with all the construction in progress, so you really have to search and hopefully get lucky to find a parking spot, but valet parking is avai

The neurosurgeon told me he doesn’t want to take care of me. He didn’t want to look closely at my MRI with me. I was already shown by another doctor what is definitely wrong and pinched. This one didn’t even take a minute listen to me ! I let everyone know Advent Health dismissed me. I thought they were supposed to be top notch. I certainly didn’t receive top notch my first day which was my last day. I will be going to a totally different health care organization now for my surgery.

Very experienced , knowledgeable,listens and explains procedure that is nessesary clearly . Very organized hospital so far !
