The whole experience was great. The staff is all very friendly. The facility is very nice. Love that they can text and I can respond back via text to confirm appointments or ask questions. The online forms were so easy, I could even upload insurance card pics straight from my phone to the forms. Everything they were doing was explained, including the 'why' of it. They have bottled waters and a coffee station. They took close up pictures of my teeth before the cleaning and then after so I could see what they actually were able to remove. All good things to say!

I am so grateful I found this office. After 30 years of avoiding the dentist due to insurance/money, the hygienist Karen took her time and made my teeth feel brand new again without any pain. The atmosphere/vibe is so warm and inviting, they really make you feel like family. "I was so embarrassed by my teeth, but after my first appointment when Karen had me look in the handheld mirror, what a MASSIVE change and relief! I had tears of joy Karen took 30 years of plaque off and transformed my smile. I feel like I have a new set of teeth. They were so kind and didn't make me feel bad about the long gap in care. I’m finally proud to show my smile. Thank you Karen for giving me hope again and my smile for the first time in 8 years!

Sweet Smiles has the most positive and calming atmosphere. The office itself is very well decorated, clean and thoughtfully laid out. Steph and Kathy are friendly, professional, make patients feel comfortable and also take the time to educate and answer questions. My family and I feel right at home here and would never go anywhere else!

I haven't met the DMD yet, but my hygienist, Kathy was great! You can tell she's very knowledgable and she explained things very clearly and thoroughly to me. Overall, great bedside manner. I felt well taken care of here and I'm very picky about my dental office!

The whole staff is very nice. Receptionist texts you (making things much easier), Angel and the Dr were incredibly kind and very attentive to pain level. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s rare to feel comfortable at the dentist, and here I do. Thank you!!!
