Outstanding service. My husband and I walked in 8 AM on Monday morning. We were traveling from out of state and his lens fell out the day prior due to a screw that had loosened on the frame. Screw was tiny and we didn’t have proper tools to re-insert it. We were taken care of immediately and the technician also offered to adjust or replace the nose pads due to the wear and imbalance - the cost was a mere $2 for replacement of the nose pads. We left a few minutes later, highly satisfied with their service. We highly recommend this staff & practice.

I am from out state and had a problem with a lense falling out of my glasses after I dropped them on the floor. I went into Eyes, PA in Ellsworth, Me and was greeted very courteously... explained my problem. The lady came out, took my glasses immediately and tightened the frame... Done... didn't charge me a cent. Highly recommend this optometrist...
