ConvenientMD Urgent Care

The PA that helped me was friendly, kind and thorough. He also explained other possible diagnoses and the testing that would be required which are not available at Mednow. Waiting time from beginning to end of visit was short and I never felt hurried as I asked questions. The PA was gentle and respectful.

I think his name is Chris. We always end up at convenient MD for one thing or another so he’s gotten to know us pretty well. But even the nurse was quick and professional and courteous. They are always “convenient” and they’re knowledgeable on what they suspect and they do a good job to run tests to make sure their suspicions are confirmed. I’d recommend them before going to the ER

From the moment of arrival, the front desk personnel to the Heather who took the history and collected the vital signs, to Jesse the NP who provided very through and sensitive care, to Hope the assistant who provided follow up the next day - the care was superb. I am a retired executive who specialized in Quality Patient Care in the establishment of IVF clinics in the NE and I know good care when I experience it. And I know it comes from individuals who are supported by a management philosophy of true care. Well done. Top to bottom.

Excellent facility. Clean, comfortable, and well-run. Both the RN and the FNP who I saw were personable, efficient, and inspired confidence in their abilities. I always knew what was going on and why, and I was never kept waiting more than a couple minutes. So much better than some other urgent care experiences I’ve had elsewhere!

Convenient MD in Ellsworth, Maine is a spotlessly clean place that makes you feel as if you are in good hands from the moment you arrive. Registration was simple and my wait was not long. The doctor (Jane) and the X-ray technician (Steve) and his trainee were all very professional, knowledgeable and gentle…. I had back pain, and I appreciated their caring demeanor. Highly recommended.
