Hannaford Pharmacy

Hannaford is a great place to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. I get all my medications at the Hannaford pharmacy the associates their are knowledgeable and have helped me when I was confused about my prescriptions . I would not go anywhere else

The pharmacy technicians at Hannahfords were so nice and my experience with them were phenomenal. I had a hard time accessing my insurance information and they were able to call my out of state pharmacy to get my information to ensure i got my epipens are the correct price. They took their time, they cared, and above it all, they were kind. I highly recommend.

I have been coming to hannaford pharamacy for years and tonight. I have had to wait 45 mins for curbside pickup for one med. First time I called 15 20 mins call back we don't have the personnel. Okay I call back and a lady answered this time saying she had to wait for someone to come back from the bathroom. And gonna be a while longer. And lasts not to mention the last couple of times I have acame I called my med in 4 hours to 5 hours earlier and still didn't have it ready even tho they said be ready in 1hr. I have had very bad experience from them lately and don't appericate it whatsoever. And for a mom of childern waiting.. that long is ridiculous

Great to speak to a person when you call rather listen to a machine rattle on with options. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Mark was especially helpful in getting my prescription filled in a very knowledgable and timely manner. Now that we are finally in Maine full time, this is where we will going for our prescriptions!

One older lady working at the Ellsworth pharmacy has no compassion. She's very snippy treats my fiance with stage 4 cancer very poorly. It's happened a few times now. People who work for the ill should have way more compassion. He's hurting and we are stressed out as it is.
