Sutter Urgent Care

I had such a wonderful experience with this lab. They delivered my results very quickly. Every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely considerate. They went above and beyond to help me. A special thank you to Danielle: she was absolutely amazing. So professional, compassionate, and proactive. You can tell she really cares about the people she helps.

I’ve visited this urgent care several times and have always had a great experience. The facility is brand new and state of the art, and the staff is friendly. There’s ongoing construction on the building next door, and a portion of the parking lot fenced off. But I’ve never had an issue finding a spot. Appointments are easy to book with reasonable wait times

Don’t bother going here except for minor problems. Anything that needs Ultrasound, MRI or advanced problem, they do nothing. The facility looks great but the person who saw me is not even qualified to do basic exam besides the fact that he is impatient. He did two simple movement exams and said I don’t have any emergency so I can wait for my physician appt while I was suffering in pain. Pathetic! Shame on Sutter health to charge $$$ to provide such worthless care. No diagnosis and Waste of 2 hours! Never told me they don’t give any referral for MRI before I went. I would have saved time not going or go to different location.

Unfortunately, our visit with Dr. Thu Nguyen was not helpful. She deferred all of our questions to either my OB or the county hospital, and we left the appointment without the guidance we were seeking. Her bedside manner also felt quite distant, which added to the frustration of the experience. In contrast, RN Jesus was extremely helpful. After feeling disappointed and unsure about next steps following the appointment, we spoke with him briefly on our way out, and he provided thoughtful, practical information. His support made a meaningful difference for us.

We have come here more then a few times and they are never packed. The lab is fast too. The office itself is so nice and bright its my favorite Sutter Health. When you walk in someone is there to greet you and help you if needed and is nice and friendly. We had to go right after school and my teen looked around and upstairs they have a vending machine!! Jackpot!
