Sunrise Pharmacy

My brother in law was visiting from Upstate New York for my daughter’s first birthday and needed his ADHD medication filled. When he called to inquire he was mocked by the pharmacist multiple times for even daring to ask for the medication. He was made to feel as if he was asking for an illegal substance. He has been on this prescription for years and has a valid script from his doctor. It was beyond disrespectful, shameful, and disappointing. We will never use this pharmacy. To the pharmacist who demanded respect for acting like a man child, you should be embarrassed of your behavior.

The best pharmacy around they go out of there way to be sure you get your medication and it's correct. They always have the patients best interests in mind. There hours are because the land lord of that complex is not a fair person and that comes from a few different renters there!! Please don't blame the renters.

I have used this Pharmacy for over a decade. They are a Mom & Pop that provides a professional service like those big chain can' not. They choose customer service over spreadsheets. They are discrete and work through all the red tape of insurance companies and third party approvers of our convoluted RX industry. I appreciate thier dedication to patient care.

Overall great small mom and pop pharmacy. They keep all sorts of mess in supply and have a network so if they do not have it they will get it for you asap. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Thznk you each month I pick up my medication. I am in a wheelchair missing part of my leg ankle leg. They are dven Ada compliance kudos !
