Sundome Crossing Dental Care

After moving to the Sun City West area, I was faced with the daunting task of establishing new relationships, not just neighbors and friends. That was easy. However, new doctor, dentist, hair salon, mechanic, etc. was challenging. I found that most residents were okay driving 30-50 miles to their current doctor or dentist. Not me. I prefer to conduct business locally. I found Sundome because it was across the street from my eye doctor. I found the staff friendly and really wanted to make me feel welcome. The 4.8 Google reviews kind of nailed it for me. I had my initial appointment today and was not disappointed. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE was so professional. I had a bad patient experience with the back-end (billing dept.) Several months ago, I received a link on my phone indicating that I was receiving a refund. To ensure it wasn't a scam, I called Sundome Dental and was first told to delete the link, then the person (I didn't get her name) checked and said that it was legitimate. I could disregard the link because a "check was in the mail." After a month, I called again and spoke to Cassandra, who apologized, reviewed the information, and I heard her say she would get back to me the next business day. Third call??? (I talk to Lori and Cassandra) - I now have to call an 800 number to receive a refund. The problem is not the process, but the lack of training and communication. Very nice. Friendly. The first cleaning left a film on my teeth that I have never experienced. I told the new hygienist and she asked if I had fluoride. I did not know. Kathrine gave me the best cleaning in a long time. Very sweet and thorough. Rest of the staff was very friendly. I was then told Kathrine was a temporary. Sorry to hear that.

Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. I had a lot of pain and Dr Mulady took care of it quickly. 10 star service and my highest rating for everyone I dealt with. Thank you!!!

Received the information I went in for! The Doctor was extremely thorough. Very well mannered, knowledgeable and gentle . The Staff is very warm, friendly and efficient 🧡 My overall experience was great! And I walked out very satisfied with the results I received.
