Sun State Eye Care - Sun City West

I had such an incredible experience with Sun State Eye Care. Truly from the very first phone call. I’m usually a little hesitant to call any provider’s office, because the experience can go either way, but Kim answered, and she was friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. My insurance company was not helpful at all, but Kim stayed with me every step of the way and made the process easy. When I arrived in person, I was even more impressed. Kim was just as wonderful face-to-face, and I also met Karen, who was just as lovely and helpful. I was so pleased and so grateful to have found them online; I’m genuinely glad I did. Then I met Dr. Hillier, and she was incredible. Not only was she kind, she was gentle, personable, sweet, and clearly cares deeply about her patients. I was so impressed that

I had my first visit with Sun State Eye Care for a refraction exam and I was completely satisfied. Dr. Ana Rego was engaging, easy to talk with, and carefully explained the results of my exam. She instilled confidence and I'll be happy to see her again for my eye care.

Always available when I need them! Had an eye infection, took me very quickly. Needed an adjustment to my glasses, which I had dropped. Did a perfect job first time, and added new nose pieces too. The annual exam is always so thorough, and the results so spot on. Can’t say enough about this place.

What a great office! Kim welcomed and helped me with all my first time visit paperwork. She was very pleasant and attentive to all my needs. Dr. Brittany Hillier is very personable, incredibly knowledgeable and super amazing at guiding me through my worst fear “which one is better” lens experience. She has listened to my needs and took all my feelings and concerns in consideration! Last step, Carissa got me my new glasses! She put up with my know it all attitude and a little bit of rudeness … which now, I feel terrible for it. She handled me like a pro and I did not even see it coming! She is just like everyone else, simply AMAZING! I absolutely recommend this office!

Such a great experience at Sun State eye care. Dr.Brittany Hillier is the best. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and listening to your concerns! All of the girls in the office are very nice and helpful!
