ing I recently left a one-star review after feeling dismissed and unheard during my visit. I’m updating my review because someone from the office reached out to me afterward with genuine kindness and concern. The woman who called truly listened to my experience with patience, compassion, and respect. That single conversation completely changed my perception. It meant a lot to feel heard and cared for. While I unfortunately don’t remember her name, I want to sincerely thank her for taking the time to reach out and for treating me with such empathy. That kind of human care makes a real difference.

I went to the walk in @ Coram location for the first time 2 days ago. I was running out of an important medication and was worried. Kyra put me at ease with her sweet and freindly demeanor. She was able to help with my medication and was very thorough in having the nurse check my blood sugar, blood pressure, etc. I am going to highly recommend this office's PCP's as well. Dr. Swain is knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back for sure! If you need an urgent care, go see Kyra!!!!

Terrible receptionist! When you arrive on time, they make you wait up to two hours, but if you arrive just 10 minutes late, they refuse to see you.
