I had an amazing experience at this dental office! The dentist Olena Mindel is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about patient comfort. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident and relaxed during the entire visit. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and well-organized. From the front desk to the assistants, everyone was kind, attentive, and made me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care and outstanding customer service. Thank you for such a great experience!

I am leaving this review to document my experience attempting to obtain basic follow-up information after my recent appointment. On February 17, 2026, I called the office late morning/early afternoon to request written documentation outlining the procedures and recommendations discussed during my visit, as well as clarification regarding why my next appointment was scheduled for three months instead of the usual six. I was told the office was very busy but that the information would be emailed to me by the end of the day. I did not receive anything. I called again about 15 minutes before closing that same day but was unable to reach the receptionist. On February 19, I sent an email requesting the same information. The doctor was very understanding and ready to listen to my concerns. She took time to explain everything and made sure I understood. The assistant and the whole team was very nice. The best dentist I've been to. I would highly recommend this dental office to everyone. I haven't been able to smile for years, but thanks to Dr. Mindel I can finally smile.

From the X-rays, to the cleaning, and my filling being replaced, awesome. Dr. Mindel is really a fantastic dentist. And the supporting staff were equally great. I highly recommend.

As someone who has really bad anxiety whenever I go to the dentist, this was probably one of my better experiences. The staff is so sweet and I really liked Dr. Mindel. I knew I was in good hands with everyone there!
