I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. We actually love Dr Ali- and have also seen the other doctors and nurse practioners. However, this is the MOST disorganized mess i have EVER encountered. From our pharmacy being sent WRONG prescriptions- to forgetting to send referrals and important paperwork. RUN- do not walk- far away from this incompetence. SHAME ON THEM for treating people like they are garbage.

At 5:27 I walked in the location with hopes to be seen about a stye on my eye. This location is the primary care provider for my insurance. I called prior asked if I can make an appointment and they immediately told me “ it’s okay you can just walk in “ I said back I see a few cars I figured it was busy. So upon arriving I was immediately told by a woman who introduced herself as “Ashley“ we close in 30 minutes I don’t want to get introuble by seeing you my doctor says no more patient and not to run any more insurance.” I begged her to see me that I was here prior the cream worked that was prescribed before. She again told me no she can’t get in trouble. But told me I can possibly reorder it for you if you were here recently. I give her my name I ultimately walk away being told tomorrow at

DR.JOESPH has been my doctor as well as my children for 10 yrs. She's amazing! But since she's moved to care med I've had nothing but problems obtaining my medications just as well as my daughter does. The prior Authorizations do not get done correctly or in a timely manner. The office staff is absolutely rude! Both my daughter and I are out of medications that we need daily because of the office not submitting the prior Authorizations correctly. My doctor is wonderful and she really needs to get herself out of this office!!!

They don’t pick up the phone, and the front desk does not inform the physician about the messages that the patients leave for him. 4 days in a row calling trying to get a medication refill for a non-controlled substance. Just really bad management in that office. * Andrew V. Is great though. Amazing NP. He is very knowledgeable. My family followed him to that office from Medical associates/Summit Health.

I went as an emergency visit to the middle island location. Loved the doctor will never go back to that location again. The receptionist is absolutely terrible and nasty. On my paperwork I put an x on something that was irreverent and she gave me a dirty look. My appointment was an emergency appointment for 130.. I seen on the sing in sheet why they took the 2pm appointment before me and she said I was filing out paperwork that took 2 minutes and also said that patient was an emergency so I said so was I and again got another dirty look. She was yelling out a patients name who wasn't even there. Total hippa violation and also left the sign in sheet out. She needs to retire or leave because sick or hurt people don't need extra stress from a miserable receptionist
