I have been going to this office for about 18 years. The staff and the medical care has gotten so bad that I am going to have to find another primary doctor. I have been suffering with a severe skin reaction to some medication and I went to care med for treatment. They never sent the script to my pharmacy and now I'm stuck suffering. I am so done with this office.

This office used to be good, no more. Came bc my ear has been clogged for a month now. I’m just that busy that I haven’t been able to get it checked. They made me get swabbed for Covid pre appt. Test came out positive so they refused to look at my ear. They don’t even want you in the office if you are Covid positive, so I can’t get my ear treated. I’ve never heard of anything like this. They offered a televisit. The doctor can’t look at my ear through a televisit. Will be looking for a new primary care since they are refusing to treat me for what I originally came in for. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Two stars bc setting an appointment was easy, but never was able to see the dr because they require 3 tests before seeing him that take 2 hours. Wish I would have been advised while making the appointment so I could have prepared for that amount of time.
